Exercise & that "Feel Good" feeling!

ENDORPHINS! The happy fitness drug you can NEVER have too much of. I'm a true believer, that if everyone was to take some time out of every day to do a small amount of physical activity or exercise, everyone would be happier :) Make some time for you! It doesn't need to be anything strenuous - just get outdoors or to the gym for half an hour. A PT session with your trainer, a 30 min jog or simply getting out in the yard can make the world of difference! It helps relieve anxiety, stress and depression & definitely puts you in that "feel good" mood! What better way to curb those negative feelings then with a natural method!
