Bek is almost 10kg down after 10 weeks of training and flexible dieting. Bek is now eating more than she ever has and is losing weight! Through flexible nutritional coaching - Bek has realised that she can still enjoy those little things in life whilst still capable of achieving amazing fat & weight loss. Bek started her journey on reasonably low macros and we have INCREASED these whilst continuing to lose CMS - in total she is down 9kgs & over 20cms of her body. She is now lifting heavy twice a week in her PT sessions & does HIIT & Bootcamp for cardio.
