Alicia has lost 8kgs through being consistent with her new nutrition plan and lifting heavy on her training program. Altering her mindset & jumping out of her "comfort zone" to chase a goal she had set a while ago. She is happier in herself & this is obvious in her attitude towards training & nutrition. She trains 1x a week with me & has learnt the importance of eating in moderation - still varied food sources - but not over indulging. This is what counting macros is all about!
